How these changes will improve your experience

  • Our  ABS Survey Account is a secure way to access your surveys, upload data files, delegate to another person, update your profile and seek help and support.
  • For many of our surveys, you can choose how you interact with us: via an online survey form, by telephone or through a face-to-face interview.
  • Using our data transfer tool, data providers can transfer data quickly, easily and securely. This tool supports transferring large volumes of data at regular or irregular intervals, either manually or on a schedule.
  • You can register your details for an ABS Survey Account on any device.
  • We combine data sources to create new insights about communities, families, industry and the economy. This reduces survey burden, while keeping the confidentiality of businesses, households and individuals.
